The trainings provide an understanding of the ethical codes of the regions, the peculiarities of mentality in business matters (features of motivation, communication in the process of doing business), negotiations with the bearers of mentality (features of the negotiation strategy, determining the chief negotiator, identifying the true position, ways to ensure the best result for yourself, features of refusal, ways of exit and entry negotiations), national-psychological features, features of the corporate system and corporate governance (including macroeconomic and intra-corporate aspects), decision-making systems.
A practical block is possible – a workshop for negotiating with a bearer of mentality.
